Please fill out the form below to submit your event to our Community Calendar. Events will not appear immediately after submission. Please allow up to 3 weeks for review and posting. During peak times, when we receive a higher volume of submissions, the review process may take up to 4 weeks. All requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we appreciate your patience.

Please note: Submitting your event to the Community Calendar does not automatically include it in our monthly ArtScene e-newsletter, which is sent on the first Thursday of each month. To be considered for inclusion, please email opps@artsmidhudson.org with your event title, image, short description, date(s), and time(s), and event link. Events taking place in Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster Counties receive priority. The ArtScene e-newsletter features up to 20 events per month, and inclusion is not guaranteed.

Submissions for the April ArtScene e-newsletter are closed. The deadline to submit to the May ArtScene e-newsletter is Friday, April 24.
