Dutchess Partners in the Arts (DPA) is a capacity-building initiative led by Arts Mid-Hudson (AMH) in partnership with the Dutchess County Executive’s Office and Destination Dutchess. For more than 60 years, AMH has played a leading role in equitably distributing Dutchess County arts and cultural funding to nonprofit organizations, helping ensure that residents and visitors alike can experience a vibrant and diverse arts community. Through DPA, AMH collaborates with established arts organizations to strengthen programs, support sustainable growth, and invest in initiatives that demonstrate strong leadership, sound management, and the potential for meaningful impact across the region.
Capacity-Building Initiatives
Capacity-Building Initiatives support initiatives that grow the capacity of arts and cultural organizations in Dutchess County. This funding opportunity is made possible through funding from the County of Dutchess.
Programmatic Support
Programmatic Support funds may be used for new and existing arts and cultural events that engage visitors and residents of Dutchess County. All programs must have a stated focus on generating a measurable impact on tourism in Dutchess County. This funding opportunity is made possible through funding from Destination Dutchess.

Arts Mid-Hudson offers in-depth assistance to applicants to Dutchess Partners in the Arts. Applicants are encouraged to attend or watch the Info Session, attend a Zoom Q&A session, and/or make an appointment to discuss their ideas with the Grants & Programs Manager.
