Workshop Description: Marketing works best when it feels sustainable. In this workshop, Katy will share how artists and small organizations can plan ahead in a way that supports consistency without burnout, turn one exhibition or project into multiple marketing assets, and focus on the metrics that offer real insight. The session is designed to make marketing feel more manageable, more strategic, and more connected to the work itself.
