About the Teaching Artists:

Kathleen Bennett is the founder of Studio 13 Consulting, an operations consulting practice serving small businesses in the Hudson Valley and beyond. With over 40 years of hands-on business experience spanning M&A banking, luxury sales, and entrepreneurship, Kathleen built a national textile company from her dining room table that supplied major hotel properties including Marriott, Hilton, and the Atlantis in the Bahamas. She programmed and managed every system herself, from CRM to accounting to supply chain, without an IT department or outside consultant. Her work has been featured in Forbes. Kathleen brings the same practical, no-fluff approach to her consulting work, helping small business owners build the operational foundation that lets them focus on what they love. She is currently pursuing a second Bachelor's degree in Applied Business and Technology Solutions at Arizona State University.
